No Dysfunction Here isn't just a podcast—it's a listening way of life created by four parents who care about the wellbeing of other parents and their children. 

Jake and Tobi used to be married. But now Jake's married to Tyf, and Tobi's married to AJ. And all together, we have 9 children. 

This podcast is all about the ups and downs as the 4 of us—all very different from each other—figure out co-parenting and life. 

We're authentic, real, sarcastic, and sassy, and we want to share what we've experienced and learned as individuals and as parents.
